I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal. I've been taking levora for 1 and 1/2 months and have noticed a change in my personality. My self-confidence has lowered, I always feel fatigued, and overall depressed.
