July 2009 was when I noticed that my menstral cycle was freaking out and there was no more 28 days in between. I was lucky to get 18 days. I would recommend this because it was very helpful with relieving my sinus pressure and migranes. It started working almost instantly and was a huge help with my daily life. It has a great taste, which makes it much easier to take as need, it isn't a dreaded experience. I was satisfied with the results.

For me Lexapro was of great help. It reduced my major depression and obsessions significantly. Lexapro is much better than Paroxetine, Duloxetine in terms of sideffects (both of which have so much sideffects atleast for me). Paxil and duloxetine have many bad reports from users. Best to start with Lexapro, Sertraline Or Fluxetine. These have been shown to be most safer for all in general

I used Zicam a lot whenever I started to feel sick, and I think it worked (it can be hard to tell because the cold was only developing, but it never got any worse). Unfortunately, I used the Zicam Q-tips as well and lost some of my sense of smell. Now I do not enjoy food as much because I cannot taste it.
