Drinking three glasses of cranberry juice daily, or taking powdered cranberry, has been found to raise good cholesterol substantially and put a whole lot of powerful antioxidants in the bloodstream. One study found that it lowered the risk of heart disease by about 40 percent. However, you do need to talk to your doctor as it can react with some meds.

Zegerid has made my ankles swell. I am guessing it is the extra sodium it contains. It has helped my belching problem, however, it has contributed to a higher blood pressure reading.

The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up. cryselle is terribl. I was on a different generic version of low-ovral 28 and when my pharmacy changed it to cryselle I was so unhappy. the first week of taking it i was so hungry, eating everything in sight, my mood changed, mood swings, depressed. the second week i started breaking out terribly - more than i ever have in my life. huge cystic pimples that i couldn't pop. my face continued to break out until i got my period and took the week of placebo pills probably because i wasn't taking t... I know it's been a short time sense I've been taking Yaz. 2 weeks actually, but ever sense day one i've been tired, irratable and having EXTREME headachs. I've been bleeding heavy for 14 days now also the cramping has gotten WAY worse. I was put onto this pill to help with crapming and to make my cycle shorter and lighter, its done the complete opposite.
