Coartem is not like nivaquine ( another medication that I used to take for malaria) which used to itch me seriously. The main disturbing side effects are that it makes me tired and dizzy. A part from that, it is a good medication.

This product makes me nausious , fatigue is serious. I feel horrible after taking it. Doctors will not consider an side affects from this product and will not even consider changing it. I feel like I have the flu all the time. Which is difficult as I have fibromyalgia. Another illness which doctors will not recognize.

A good alternative to SSRIs for anxiety disorder. But takes a little getting used to. Drowsines, weight gain, and sexual problems are the main side effects.

Have serious concerns about this drug.Causing extreme pain in all muscles.My Mum was able to walk three month ago, now she can barely stand up. Her back, arms and legs ache constantly, worse at night. She was diagnosed with an essential tremor years ago.I have never seen her like this, despite the tremor. My sister hasn't even been on this medication for a month yet and she's also experienced heart palpations and chest pains. They believe this medicine contributed to a blood clot in her lungs and is currently hospitalized for this.
