When I was diagnosed with UC in December 09 and was prescribed Asacol and a restricted diet, it took a while to get back on my feet and normal again. I was afraid to start eating again, but slowly starting putting foods back in. There are some I can never eat again, but that's okay. My weight returned and I am stronger and healthier than before. I don't like the "thinning/lossing" hair, but I manage.

I wouldnt say much about the Isoniazid, because it was prescribed to me for symptoms of TB exposure, it is not that I was sick and now doing treatment, My doctor said it would be better to treat what could be come out to be TB.

Isotretinoin is a nightmare, if you are thinking of taking it DONT! 3 years after go off the drug my bones still creak every time i climb a step, my liver is still recovering and more recently I have been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. I was 26 when I started the medication; I had lived with acne most of my live but just could not bear it any more as I felt embarrassed going to work or making presentations. This medication I havent taken it for long but it hasnt given me any bad side effects or anything, I think it takes long for it to completely get rid of my folliculitis since I havent seen any huge differences but it has become better. Since its a cream it might wear off a lot on the clothes and not have a big effect.
