I take ibuprofen quite frequently. It is really effective on my daily aches and headaches from my job. A couple of pills work quickly but I have to take them often. They seem to wear off quickly, so it's usually ever 4 hours that I need to take more to completely get rid of my aches.

I was getting worse and worse over the years, finding myself angry all the time and depressed and having suicidal thoughts. I tried a lot of excercie (essential if you are depressed) and St Johns Wort. The St Johns Wort helped a little bit., but not much. I went to the doctor and started taking Zoloft 50mg. Claritin is the best! only one pill a day and lasts for 24 hours and i feel great. best allergy medication out there!

anytime i generally get a headache I use advil, and it seems to work pretty well. No problems with any kind of sideaffect, I dont use it often just when severe headache.

I'm a slow but steady emotional rollar coaster...at the beging of each pack I become emotional about things that normals wouldn't make me feel that way. Next color, more emotional and it continues until I hit green. Then for that one week I'll feel "normal" again.
