I have thinning neck discs causing pressure on a nerve and spinal cord and the pain in my arm was unbearable -I was crying at times with it. Lyrica at 600 mg a day (with Tramadol ) has allieviated this but I have had slight vision problems at some times and absolutely no Libido! I quit taking Lyrica about a month ago due to continued worsening of my vision. Wt gain was also a big issue as it does nothing for self-esteem.
