I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch. Have been on Pristiq for 5 days. My doctor prescribed it for my anxiety and panic attacks. Side effects are horrible; nausea, fatigue, sweating, cold chills, blurred vision, no apetite, shaky etc. Still waiting for these to subside as I haven't been able to work or really leave my house as I dont want to have a car accident and my anxiety has gotten worse! Will wait it out for another week or so and see what happens.

I started out with 4 tabs a day but that was way too much. Doctor's PA told me to take 2 a day which was an improvement but side effects, although lessened, continued. I experienced restlessness, tongue sucking, mouth pursing, jaw clenching, rash on face, throat tightness with muscle spasm. I learned that these side effects over time can be life long. Ibuprofen has helped me with lots of problems i have had. I have bad headaches, horrible cramps & fever reducer! its a blessing!

Its weird, I thought I was going to have these awful side effects mentioned often. The only side effect, and for 2 days was mild nausea. It was prescribed for add. I do have a history of depression and I am currently going through a lot of stress. It has not helped me to concentrate more and I feel just as tired as before.
