15mg for 1 week extreme sleeping pills make you like a mong in the morning after week 1 i increased to 30 mg less drowsiness still require loads of sleep appitite increased which is not good for me. i would say these pills just mong you out and make you not care rather than improving your mood but im only in week 3 i shall persivere.

I have been having more problems with Armour, and been wanting to try it; because I never felt that great on Synthroid and the generic brand. They removed my thyroid and my ranges our high for me. Since, I have been taking this Armour, I am jumpy, high puslse,very high blood pressure on and off tthrough out the day,palpitations,depressed, tired. I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth. I have no other choice but stop taking this drug. I believe these side effects happen after taking for several years.
