Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. I am alcoholic.i drink wine more than 200ml for about 8 years.before a year suddenly i fell down due to high blood pressure.my doctor has prescribed me 1mg etizolam per day and advised me to give up wine but i didnt give up wine.now a days i take 1mg in morning at 7 am and 1 mg 11am daily.it gives me relax but on every evening i again drink wine.please suggest me.i want to give up wine and etizolam.
