My knee pain is often debilitating to the point where it's difficult for me to walk and perform simple tasks. After taking this drug I feel less pain and I'm actually able to walk around and perform my normal daily activities without difficulty.

I have found cetirizine to be very slow acting and wears off by the end of the day during which time itchiness of eyes increases but overall I am pleased with it.

Please don't start Agomelatine with these side-effects in your mind. Wait and see what it does for you. everybody reacts different and it could be the right one for you! I think, if you you have psychosomatic problems that you can definetely "talk" yourself also into not having a benefit from A., because you read a lot of stuff you didn't like to hear and now you fear you might react the same. I have taken hydergine for 15 years. I suffered from apnoea and hydergine effectively controlled the symptoms. While beneficial it seems otherwise to be benign. Now into my 80th year I remain mentally as bright as the brass button on a Warrant Officer's tunic. It also controls ADHD behavior up to 6 hours and probably has more off-label potential not yet discovered.

Trazodone has helped with my insomnia and has made it easier for me to sleep. It also does not make me groggy in the morning when I wake up. However, I see a significant difference in effectiveness depending on what pharmacy I get it from.

I have been very please with Humira. When I was diagnosed with RA and PSA, I wasn't sure I could ever get relief. I was wrong. Within 2 weeks my Psoriasis cleared completely and the pain, swelling, and fatigue lifted shortly thereafter. I have to admit, it is not a pleasure to always know I have to give myself the shot, but the relief I get outweighs the fear. I actually have a life back.
