I have only just realised how many problems, I had in the last 2 years, were side effects from taking Simvastatin. I may be one of a small minority but if your medical checkups are only once a year and you haven't been appraised of the potential side effects then you suffer unnecessarily. When the doctor who prescribes the drug for you is not astute, or enlightened, enough to pick up your problems as side effects then this just compounds the problems.

This drug made me so sick I would NEVER take it again. I wish i could sell the whole bottle to the person who made the comment about it helping them focus. I was so sick, it caused nausea, vomiting, fever and I couldn't get out of bed. The worst medication i have ever been prescribed!!!

Be careful if you take Synthroid for Hypo-thyroid disease..... talk to your doctor before starting Claritin. My blood pressure went up all of the sudden after always being good.......when I stopped the Claritin it went back to normal. It scared me.

Since I have been taking Synthyroid 0.25mcg, I have started spotting between periods. It did not start until I start taking the medication. I do have more energy and I feel my muscles being sore like my metabolism is increasing but the spotting is bothering me. Is anybody else spotting while taking this medicine for the first time, and if yes, how long does the spotting last, or does it stay forever or go away after my body gets used to the medication. Shortly after being treated with Gardasil I developed strange cognitive issues, joint pain, bone pain, chronic fatigue, and many other symptoms. Recently these finally lead to a diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disorder called scleroderma or CREST syndrome. I have no family history of autoimmunity and there are others who have developed other similar illnesses like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Definitely do not get these shots if you have a predisposition for autoimmune disease.
