In 1984 I was given a single dose (as in One Time Only) of leritine IV push for severe pain and was knocked out for about 4 hours. When I awoke I was legally blind as in almost total darkness; I was later diagnosed with bilateral wet macular degeneration and bilateral neovascularization, the latter of which required laser surgery to arrest its progression. I am on my third week of taking levora and driving home from the grocery store last night almost immediately my vision went blurred, I was very confused and I had to pull over. I had to have my fiance come and pick me up bc I could not drive. I had a pounding headache and my speech was even effected. It went away after I slept it off, but I will NOT EVER take this medication again!! Its dangerous!

Works well. The only side effect is that my appetite has increased considerably. I have become obsessed with food since starting on Crestor. I am left with the choice of either increasing daily exercise (which I already do considerably jogging 4 miles a day) or accepting the discomfort as I ignore my frequent hunger pangs. If I give in to my appetite my weight increases in spite of jogging 28 miles a week.

My quality of life has changed significantly and for the better. I am more confident, less anxious (that I will make big mistakes) and love life. When first using Atralin, my skin became very dry and began to peal. A moisturizer is needed when using this product. After a couple of weeks the dryness of my skin decreased, but the sensitivity remained. For Atralin to work properly, one must keep a regular schedule of application of this product. It is a product that makes things worse before it gets better.

About a year ago, I was told by my doctor to take it as a trial, because side effects of the tablet may reduce warts. After 2 weeks of taking it, there was no change to the primary condition, as I only experienced the side effects of serve stomach cramps, along with headaches. Since there was no change, my doctor said I can stop taking the medicine. Within a day the pains were gone.
