Because I had been placed on Numerous BP meds..this was amazing. I did ignore the cough the first few years, and the dizziness..but..on this fourth year it is causing chest pain and skipped breaths. As I have tried so many other BP drugs (not working) I am at a loss. Do I simply deal with this chest pain etc: to maintain this great BP number.?

The initial hair loss was much more than I expected - probably half my hair if I judged by the thickness of my ponytail and lasted longer than expected probably 9 months from the start of my taking it. I didn't notice it too much for the first 4-5 months but I was also taking prednisone then. After I stopped the prednisone about 6 months in with the Imuran the hair loss became pronounced. I use iron tablets to compensate the blood loss caused by the bleeding piles I have. It works very well for me, as i take it every morning. I had bleeding tumor already, and I did an operation for that. I just hope that I won't loose any more blood that I did already.

My experience using Methotrexate has been a positive one. I was a bit hesitant at first because it is supposed to be a strong drug, but it really helped with my arthritis pain. I've been off of this drug for over 2 years now and I have yet to have a flare up.

Doctor just kind of prescribed this medication for me after looking at some of my blood work. I am not always sure why I have to take it, hopefully the doctor will take me off it the next time I go in.

I am older, in my forties, and when I found out a friend my age got the vaccine, I decided to consider it. I have two friends with HPV and they have suffered a lot with treatments and such over the past few years. I wanted to avoid this for myself. I have taken nuvigil for about a year now. I have not had a problem with hair loss. As for sleeping, I don't normally have a problem. I too am a teacher and have difficulty with my summer's lack of routine. I know the medicine doesn't help as much if I don't take it right away in the morning. Also, I have started using the alarm clock to have a more consistent wake-up time; this seems to help too.
