I was diagnosed with juvenile osteoporosis at a very young age. I broke a number of bones in my chest, back, feet, and arms. I wore a back brace for many years because I kept breaking bones in my back and my chest. I have been taking calcium ever since and my calcium levels have stabilized. I’m doing much better and I don’t break bones as much as I used to as a kid.

I had been having a hard time breathing for a few months and, knowing that I had asthma, I decided to get a refill on my inhaler. ProAir HFA helped me finally catch my breath and I've been sleeping much easier and waking up feeling more rested. I was put on ativan 3 times per day starting in january for panic attacks that I was having. The problem with ativan is that if you are having a panic attack it takes a while for the medicine to kick in and stop it. I also was having some side effects with it such as tremors and nightmares. My doctor switched me to xanax and I liked it a lot better. It stopped my panic attacks within 10 minutes of taking the medicine vs the hour it took to stop them when I was taking the adivan.
