This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I checked in with my orthopedic doctor, accupuncturist, natural path, physical therapist and my neurosurgeon with no relief. However, my neurosurgeon sent me to a non-surgical neurologist/occupational therapist, Dr. James Nelson, who is also a runner. Dr. Nelson ordered an MRI to make sure that structurally there were no issues. I do have na... View full comment
