Claritin makes me drowsy so badly that I have to stop doing my work and go to sleep. Day after I take the medication, I have headaches and feel dizzy. I also get nose bleeds but they are not severe enough to go to the hospital.

I have been taking esipram now for 1 month and can say it has helped me tremendously. I take 10mg a day i the morning. It only took 5 days before i felt the anxiety decrease and my moods lifted. not sure the time period i wil stay on them for but for now my life is so much better because of them. I was always against anti depressents always considered myself mentally strong, we all have our breaking points i have experienced mine, and now i am rebuilding my mental health day by day.

I went to my primary care physician today because I've been experiencing extreme fatigue and headaches for some months now. Had a bout of Epstein Barr last summer so assumed I was still fighting the infection or possibly something else was amiss with my health. I was having the same problem, constantly tired this med worked when I first started taking it I lost 20 lbs and was feeling great but after I had my daughter the med stopped working, if you are going to change meds DO NOT take pristiq! took it only once and I feel worse and the reviews are horrible
