I suffer from Fibromyalgia and a variety of chronic joint and muscle pain. I cannot take anti-inflamatories because I take Coumadin (blood thinner). I was prescribed Percocet after major shoulder surgery and found it was the 'best' pain releif I'd ever gotten for my whole body. I am on a relatively low-dose for chronic pain and yes, I know this is physically addictive. However, quality of life is addictive as well!!!! I've ha abnormally (i.e. heart attack level blood pressure, ate only 38, and the beginnings of agoraphobia) I'm a little sleepy, but can finally remember what it is to feel normal. I'm finally not afraid to talk to people. don't laugh, but I went to the store today, and it was ok, nobody was staring at me, or pointing at me. Heck ,I'm proud, bought everything for a full real meal. I did pretty well.

I take it along with Actos once a day and glucophage XR and all together they seem to do the job. My blood sugars are never quite as low as the target rates but I actually feel dizzy and crumby when I am within the 70-120 range for my blood sugars. I believe my blood sugar level should actually be slightly higher than the average person because I feel better when they are around 120-160. I know this is not the accepted view but that is how I feel.

I have been coughing frequently and violently for approximately 10 years now. I used Flovent for several years and it has not stopped my cough at all. IAt my insestence I was recently given samples of Advair 250mcg from my pulmonologist. He did not believe it would stop my coughing.
