I read multiple reviews on multiple websites about this pill when I was two weeks into my first pack. This pill was in fact the worst one I have tried as far as making you get sick. I had to take a prescription medication just to get rid of the nausea for about three days...BUT I stuck it out, and I am happy to say that after the first pack, it gets much much easier to digest. I fell on my head and broke my nose and busted my gums and lips. I was in extreme pain and could not sleep before I took Vicodin. After taking the Vicodin I was virtually painless and finally got some sleep.

See my mother's Alz experience above. She got into trouble with only 3/4 of a .5 mg tab a day. When I insisted Mom be sedated for invasive procedures at a hospital ER room, they figured they'd give her a full day's allowed dose at once, so that would be 1.5 mg. That put her in LaLa land allright. I was grateful they used it on this occasion. Overuse of this drug could have stopped her breathing. 22 mg in one day. Good grief. I have ADD and have been taking Adderall and Adderall XR for over 10 years. I have had weird heart beats and when I work out I sometimes feel like my heart rate is way too high for the level activity that I'm doing. I feel like it's probably not a huge deal if you're planning on taking it temporarily but I do not recommend long term use. It's very effective but the heart risks that come with it are not worth it. I took Lunesta for several months, Literally every morning I forgot what happened the previous night. I have woken up twise having had cut drastic ammounts of my hair in the night time and forgetting. It wasn't always like a blackout but it was very extremely fuzzy of a memory every morning.
