Since taking Lipitor, I am experiencing severe muscle pain in both legs ( along the tibia and the femur). I am unable to climb more than three or four stairs without holding to the guard rail. Hard to stand up after sitting on a chair. I have severe knee pains. Pain in my right shoulder. I feel tired all day long.

About a year ago, I was told by my doctor to take it as a trial, because side effects of the tablet may reduce warts. After 2 weeks of taking it, there was no change to the primary condition, as I only experienced the side effects of serve stomach cramps, along with headaches. Since there was no change, my doctor said I can stop taking the medicine. Within a day the pains were gone. Leritine is the only drug that relieves my pain. My doctor prescribed this drug for me approximately 15 years ago. I used the drug for approximately 3 weeks, until I no longer needed it. Years later, I requested this drug from my doctor, to relieve severe pain. I was informed that the drug was no longer available.
