I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I am alcoholic.i drink wine more than 200ml for about 8 years.before a year suddenly i fell down due to high blood pressure.my doctor has prescribed me 1mg etizolam per day and advised me to give up wine but i didnt give up wine.now a days i take 1mg in morning at 7 am and 1 mg 11am daily.it gives me relax but on every evening i again drink wine.please suggest me.i want to give up wine and etizolam.

Claritin changed my life. I had terrible "seasonal allergies", and unfortunately, my allergies were problematic spring, summer and winter.
