If you are taking Adderall XR it is important that you are meeting with an MD to best understand how it works. Also know, that Adderall XR is not a cure for adult ADD. It's important to read books and learn as much as you can. I know for me, I need to put my keys in the same place every time. I know when I study I need to eliminate as many distractions as possible. There are things that I do regardless of taking medication to put myself in a position to be successful. It takes work.

NEVER AGAIN will I take this crap. I can't believe it made it on the market. I remember my first few doses where I was lying in bed frozen since the slightest movement made the whole room spin. My eyes felt like they were being spun out of my head and my body trembled from the inside. The side effects were really bad for 3 hours after taking my dose. This is my second time on seasonique. The first time I tried it I had heavy bleeding for 20 -25 days. That included me passing huge horrible clots. My doctor told me to get off once I told her. I was off for a year and the clotting continued. I just recently go back on the end of April. I was fine the 1st two weeks no spotting no bleeding. I started bleeding 5/8/11 and am still having heavy bleeding (passing huge clots) 5/23/11. Not sure what is problem. But going to see doc in June 2011.

I am a clinical-neuropsychologist.I had a touch of arthritis but of late, I am having swelling and pain in my knees and the leg gets stiff. This was prescribed to me in USA but now that I am in India, I need more information before I consult a physician here. I read about the side effects reported by others and all I can say is that I have swelling and pain. I read about other BP medicines. I started taking Metformin when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started at a lower dosage twice daily and moved up to 850mg 3 years later and I haven't really had any problems with my blood sugar since then. Metformin keeps my blood sugar very stable and I am very happy with it.
