To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! I started taking Candex just last night for the first time (had to go on antibiotics this past week for strep and was experiencing some major itching, though I've been borderline systemic for some time now). At first, everything seemed to be going along fine, but as of late I am noticing more and more symptoms. I have never had irregular periods and since starting this medication, I have them frequently. My periods also last longer than usual. Acne was at first improving, but has had a sharp decline in recent days.
