I had a surgery for a hammertoe correction and they gave me a lidocaine shot before starting to numb me and it did nothing to numb the pain. They increased the dose and it still didnt work. I have also used lidocaine patches in the past for my back and have not felt any relief from them.

This benzo is a joke! Doc's are just being cautious by trying these alternatives, thus, not having to prescribe Xanax, Valium, etc. Stand up and tell your doc the truth if isn't working the way you would think

I'm about to start using Testim. My T-levels have dropped from 278 to 208 in since January. I've been working out with a trainer have lost 40 lbs in the past 6 months so the doc is having me try this. Honestly, I'm hoping this really helps. I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.
