My original dosing was only once a day, but around mid-afternoon I felt horrible and my symptoms were worse than ever. My psychiatrist switched me to one in the early morning and one in afternoon and, ever since, the change has been ridiculous. For the past 3 months I have had ardor in the mouth. A yellowish-white coat in the tongue. Throat culture came out negative for candida and fungus. Labs are fine. One doctor (dermatologist) believes its an allergy to micardis. My doctor doesn't believe so and he doesn't want to change medication.
