Severent seems to build up in my blood. I have noticed that I need to stop the medication for a period of time or skip one dose a day for a day or two to rebalance.

This birth control has been effective in preventing pregnancy, but has not completely alleviated my menstrual cramps. I like that I can take this medication continually without spotting or menstruating and that it has a low dosage of hormones.

Hard to say how it would affect others. Took 18 months to control my anxiety. But it works, and keeps on working. Sadly I have lost passions for films, friends, girlfriends, and sports since taking Sertraline. It does work, but there is a price to pay

Developed Parkinson's after 4 yrs of Lipitor therapy for "primary prevention". No fly Hx of neurodegenerative ds; no fly hx of cardiovascular ds. Just mildly elevated TC. I was on so many medications, it is difficult to differentiate which medication was causing what side effect. The psychiatrist at the residential treatment center put me on the benadryl because I was unable to sleep more than 2 hours per night. The trazadone was not helping me sleep either. The doctor was baffled as to how I was able to stay awake for all those hours when most of the medications I was taking had sleepiness as a side effect.
