Today my doctor told me to stop the Lipitor because my liver is "not happy". Since being on the drug, I have experienced lower cholesterol. BUT I have also had irregular heartbeat, weight gain especially abdominal, blood in my urine that the urologist can find no reason for, swollen hands and fingers, feet feel sore and hot but look normal, rashes on my arms, weakness in knees, and pain in my right side. I thought Midrin was discontinued. Then I found http://www.Midrin.org and was able to acquire some by asking for the generic name Epidrin. Thank god!

I have been taking 2 mg xanax for over ten years. I stop taking it every once in a while after reading negative effects . It helps me with my constipation. I do have a hard time when trying to get off of it. I experience nausea, and become quite ill for about 4 days. I do not know if I should stay on it or not . I would like to know if there is any long term effects on being on it for an extended length of time.

Ortho-tricyclen has prevented pregnancy. However, part of the reason I started taking it was to clear up acne and regulate my menstrual cycle. I still have mild acne, and I still have slightly irregular periods.
