I have been taking Allegra-D for quite some time. Over the past 5 years, I have had increasingly painful menstrual cramps to the point where it affects bowel movements. I recently did some research and found that Allegra-D can be a cause for menstrual cramps. I stopped taking Allegra-D and the menstrual cramping and painful bowel movements have gone back to normal. This stuff is useless! I have mild asthma, also exercise induced. This product as well as the other HFA Albuterol mixes just does absolutely nothing for my asthma.

I had my tubes tied back in 1990 and within the last 6-8 years started having lower back pain due to a tilted uterus, and some cramping and my ob/gyn suggested getting on birth control. Since I've been on Kariva, it has taken care of these 2 problems.
