Got me out of severe depressive episode, but still experience afternoon depression sometimes. Don't like side effects either - cold all the time, OCD/paranoia/racing thoughts 2 hours before time for next dosage, extremely drowsy all day if take medicine in morning (have now switched to taking it at night). Because of afternoon depression, am also switching to new antidepressant to take with Geodon.

Was originally disagnosed with Lupus then it changed to some Inflamatory disorder. After taking 2 - 1000mg. of Carlsons Omega 3 and 2 Zyflamend. I'm finally painless. Much of my inflamation is in the bottom of my feet. I ran out for a couple of months and the pain came right back. I'm sold on this. NEEDS Vitamin Co. recommended this. Thank God!

I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. I am older, in my forties, and when I found out a friend my age got the vaccine, I decided to consider it. I have two friends with HPV and they have suffered a lot with treatments and such over the past few years. I wanted to avoid this for myself.
