Ambien did not help me with my insomnia whatsoever. After taking it, I didn't feel drowsy and had no side effects at all. It felt like I didn't take a medication at all... it had absolutely no effect on me.

I have tried a few different birth controls in the past year and nothing seemed to work for me. the first 2 months on FemconFE were fine. I have been using Depo-Provera for about 5 years, and the experience for me has had pros and cons.
