Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made. This medication also helps me breathe when I get an asthma attack but it takes a little bit longer than the albuterol and I do not get any side effects with xopenex like the fast heartbeat and tremors, so regarding side effects its better but it takes longer than the other medication.

I'm a 42 yrs., and suffer from endometriosis. Heavy periods, and extreme cramps and bloating for up to 8 days. I have refused to use BC for approximately 10 yrs. because of all the side effects. I'm very sensative to BC, weight gain, moodiness, anxiety. My pain and discomfort was no longer tolerable, I had to do something. I've been taking the pill since July 26th.
