I felt the Estring was the easiest way to resolve being the 1 in 3 who develop vaginal atrophy post-menopause. I switched from Depo Provera (the shot) to Seasonique. I started my pills on a Tuesday. By Saturday I started feeling lightheaded, Sunday I was feeling dizzy, lightheaded, and started having problems with my vision.
