Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me. I used Zicam a lot whenever I started to feel sick, and I think it worked (it can be hard to tell because the cold was only developing, but it never got any worse). Unfortunately, I used the Zicam Q-tips as well and lost some of my sense of smell. Now I do not enjoy food as much because I cannot taste it.

Trileptal has been overall a life changing drug for me. I have had the occasional breakthrough seizure while on the medication, but not nearly as many as I had before I started taking it. I am very satisfied with trileptal.
