Terrible drug. I threw the last RX away. I felt like I had the flu for 3 months straight. Would not recommend this drug to anyone. I didn't feel that I needed it anyway, my choles was right at 200....my Dr tends to be a Drama Queen, so I switched Doctors to one that isn't so excitable about everything.

During the short time that I took Pristiq, I felt as though I was having an "out of body experience" and was no longer connected to the world. I could not eat, sleep properly, was very irritable, and could not relate to anyone, not even myself. I was prescribed this medicine because I was having issues with constipation. I didn't like the taste that much but it helped with the problem. I saw good results after 1 glass and I really enjoyed that.

I was taking high doses of hydroCodone with tylenol, so this drug is far better less disruptive, and less addictive both in taking it and in stopping it.

This was by far the worst experience of my life. I had taken other BC pills off and on since I was a teen and even though some were slightly bothersome, they were tolerable - I am now 35 and can't believe how awful this particular pill was.
