Comparable to Theraflu. The type of packaging mine came in was very convenient. Each application came wrapped in a plastic spoon and could be taken with you at work in necessary. It can be mixed with any drink and doesn't need to be warmed, which I liked a lot. However, you only get like 6 packets and you are paying more than you would be for other brands. I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better.
