I have developed cystocele (mild) and sometimes notice the ring, but before that never noticed anything. Positive effect on blood pressure which was too high on the pill. I need my computer calendar to inform me when to take it out though, as I do sometimes forget. All the positive effects of birth control- less acne, hair and skin less oily, smaller, predictable periods and light to no cramps. I experienced a change in breast size though, over the pill.

The constipation i have experienced since I started taking Simcor is the first in my life. I have always included plenty of fiber in my diet, drink alot of water, and excercise regularly. Now I am supplementing that with fiber capsules and a stool softener. I still experience constipation at least once a week (3 days without a bowel movement).

Please don't start Agomelatine with these side-effects in your mind. Wait and see what it does for you. everybody reacts different and it could be the right one for you! I think, if you you have psychosomatic problems that you can definetely "talk" yourself also into not having a benefit from A., because you read a lot of stuff you didn't like to hear and now you fear you might react the same. When your first medication worked already for you , I think that was fantastic and it even... View full comment

When I first started Effexor (at 37.5mg), it was like a Godsend. I felt immediately like things were going to change with my life. I started to lose some of the weight I'd put on because of the depression, and my counselor and I started talking about transitioning so I wouldn't have to come in every week. But the more I was on it, the less it worked. I've gained a substantial amount of weight, my balance is always a problem and my suicidal thoughts have increased. Of course, there's no way to... For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. (However, most other people report that it helps their sleep.) I personally feel that it is much safer and just as effective as some of the presc... View full comment
