I changed to Lyrica because I heard it was very effective for pain management & it is, but the side effects of weight gain & blurred vision are not worth it to me. I am planning to talk to my Doctor about switching. There are other side effects I could live with, but I'm not taking anything that makes me more hungry. I have enough problems in that area already.

LoEstrin is like a godsend to me. Since taking it, my periods have been significantly lighter and last only 3-4 days instead of the very heavy long (8-9 days) flow I used to have. Also, this medication has significantly minimized my cramps from very severe (used to have to stay home in bed) to barely noticeable. I would highly recommend this medication to anyone who is suffering from extreme periods.

Retin-A Micro

Retin-A Micro was prescribed to me by my dermatologist for my acne. He said that it would increase my break outs only to speed up the process and treat my acne problem more quickly, "get all of it out from under the skin" as he put it. I was very nervous about it, and I thought my face was going to erupt after using it. I honestly didn't notice much of an increase in my acne condition. I started taking this with Glipizide and it helps keep my diabetes under control. I don't really follow a ay exercise or diet though and I think that's why it is still bad.

I have been a parapalagic for the last 23 years. I had a radical prostictimy. Later my PSA increased. Took the Lupron and my life went to hell. I have lost the majority of my muscle strength and having severe memory problems. The lost of strength caused fall during a transfer breaking two bones and creating a pressure sore.
