I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. Good porduct overall, i have been a sufferer of chronic knee pain for 5 years now (i am 21) and voltaren has been amazing. From the first time you put it on, you will notice a sharp decrease in pain, and a slight decrease in swelling. Its really nice to be able to walk around without all the pain that comes with everyday walking
