I took seasonique for about 6 months and I just went off of it. I've almost completely lost my sex drive which sucks! Other than that when I did get my period once every 3 months it was awful, I had terrible cramps/headaches, and the first few days were so heavy I bled through tampons on multiple occasions! Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. I was prescribed Skelaxin after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. It takes a good hour to 2 hours to really start working. I still felt some moderate back pain when taking the drug, but overall it helped me get around and do simple movements.
