After almost 18 months of back pain so severe that I could not walk without being in agony for more than 2 minutes, now I can walk with little or no pain, am able to exercise again and so am starting to get fitter and lose weight. My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. I am an Afican American women. Well over 300 pounds.the dr. always want to give me pain pills for my knee pain. In which nothing seems to work. i have tried glucosimine, but nothing, i still have pain. i went to the health food store and the cashier recommended zyflamend. he customers have told him after 2 weeks they feel better.It took me a little, but I am truly satisfied!!!!!
