I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. Overall, my experience with Proventil inhaler has been a positive one. It provides me with rapid relief of my asthma related breathing difficulty. My only complaint is the tendency to feel jittery/restless after using the inhaler. This side effect makes me reluctant to use Proventil at bedtime or near the hour of sleep.

This medication helps my asthma a lot, it always helps control my asthma and breathe a lot better but i get tremors and my heart races pretty fast but besides that it works great.
