I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. Ambien is great to get a good nights sleep if you have trouble. It makes me a little groggy the next day but that doesnt last very long. The doctor told me that it isnt good for long term use though because it can be habit forming.

Switched to Quasense after having been on Yaz for three years. Never experienced any side effects with Yaz, but I was concerned with the increase in price under new insurance and my GYN was concerned with the recent lawsuits. The first day taking Quasense resulted in severe cramping, feeling constantly on the verge of vomiting, and intense body chills. This lasted for almost two days straight. Needless to say, I called my GYN after some research and will no longer be taking this awful drug.
