I'm 31 and have had nephrotic syndrome with flares every 6 months since I was 2. Bone density test shows my bones are stronger than most healthy people, but I drink a lot of milk. When I'm on Prednisone I cut salt out of my diet as much as possible (there's a lot of salt in milk) knowing that the more I eat, the more I will swell. Tylenol really does take my headaches away. The tylenol i use most often is the 8 hour tylenol. I also use it for the pain i feel in my shoulder because of my injury in wrestling.

heart disease runs in my family, so anything i can do to keep a healthy heart is great. This also helps with my blood pressure. Since starting I can honstly say that my bp has been lower than it usually is.
