I also had to switch from loestrin because of insurance and so far this pill has proved to be horrible. I have horrible migraines and stomach aches and my moods are incredibly up and down. I am extremely emotional and impatient and this is not like me at all! Also I've been very low energy and constantly feel like I need to sleep. This is month 3 and I'm calling it quits..

I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. Not one doctor will consider Liptor has any side affects. I feel horrible on it and it does more harm than good. I intend on stopping the medication as the doctors will not recognize any problem with them. I am going to holistic medicine as the physicians have no medicine available for this problem. The side affects I have suffered is immense from this product. No more Atorvastin.

I wanted to stop taking the drug because of the side effects however the side effect from stopping even gradualy gave me severe seizures or commonly called "Brain Zaps" so bad I don't want to stop. I feel like its a trick and my Dr. recommended me to double the dose. So he is like my crack dealer and now I am stuck on this pill forever.
