took ambien initail by itself but it did not help me fall asleep. I started to take it with two other medicines that were ativan and trileptal. these only worked when I took all three together to fall asleep

As with other statins within days or weeks the same physical sensations begin. It is like too much energy in hands and feet. Sleep i srestless. Thre are night swets. In this case I took only 2 pills. the morning aftert he first I felt great. But the 2nd night (pills are taken in evening before bed) symptoms began. Honestly, I think this medication works for me. My BP shifts sometimes from 190 - 99 , and for the weight loss I manage it by by myself: exercise, diet, etc. SInce 4 years I have been using it, and I did not feel any side effects, but improvement in my blood sugar level.. Nevertheless, the hardest part of everything, is what to eat. I know what I have to eat, but in low quantities. Everything has sugar or carbohydrates, and it is very difficult. But I try, really hard.,
