I've been taking vitamin C for over 10 years now. I am now 20 years old. It works in keeping me healthy and preventing a cold. I don't like the way it tastes because it tastes really bitter. I usually take it with orange juice, not water because it tastes so bad.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.
