Advil helps alleviate my menstrual cramps and I feel works best if taken before major cramps set in. I usually take 2 pills when I begin to feel a slight 'tinge' of pain and when taken early enough, I don't experience as intense cramping as usual.

I suffer from a cold or allergies at least twice a year that results in lots of congestion, etc., you know the story. This is the first time I've tried Mucinex DM, or any Mucinex product, and so I am a little Leary after reading these reviews. I have been taking advair since I moved back to Texas in 2001. My asthma was out of control for years but has been under control virtually the entire time I have been on advair. I haven't ever asked to change drugs becasue I've never needed to.
