With skepticism, I say that to my surprise, I saw some improvement in alertness. Unsure of long term effects.

I believe I have recently acquired allergies, because I have been sneezing more than ever and getting teary eyes very often. After taking just one pill of Aller-Clear (loratadine), my symptoms went away within an hour and I was allergy-free the whole day. I love that I can take it in the morning and be carefree about allergies for the rest of the day. It works quick and is easy to take.

The best part about folic acid is that it does not interfere with my diet or my lifestyle. It's painless and convenient.

Depending upon the headache, I've used pills, nasal spray, injections. The biggest issue is that insurance limits how much they'll pay for each month and anyone with migraines will tell you that if you have >1 month you are... View full comment
