The first night I took Tizanidine, I was very drowsy and dizzy as if I were in a drunken stupor. I could not function at normal speeds and could not even stay awake to read a paper. Every night after the first night, I was fine!

Enpresse has been both good and bad for me. At first it was great. It shortened my periods from at least 10 days to 4 or 5 days. I barely had any breakouts or cramps. Now I still have shortened periods but I have acne every month and cramps. I also experience increased discharge every day. I also have yeast infections at least twice a month. i have been on and off cymbalta for about 4or6 years . its a nightmare to get off of, the one thing i really dread is the twinges im not sure if thats a good way to explain it, i feel like im getting an electrical schock treatment all day. i can turn my head and it happens. if someone comes up behind me to scare me it shocks my system. sorry about the non-medical terms, it obviously upsets me and makes me irritable. There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.

Alprazolam is the finest and most effective BZD for anxiety and panic on the market and also the ONLY benzodiazepine (of the triazolo- class) recommended for people with a history of depression. The problem in the USA is that there are hundreds of brands/generics, but only TWO which would be deemed acceptable quality by European patients - original branded XANAX and the GREENSTONE generics.
