I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. Upon return home a week later I had a CT of head w & w/o contrast no lesions seen. BP was within my normal range... View full comment

my doctor told me the side effects of levora would go away after 3months. im about to begin my levora experience, but 3 months seems like a long time for such uncomfortable side effects =\ let me know how it is working out for you so far!!!

I made the mistake of taking it just before bed on 2 occasions (not on a full stomach) & was awake at 4 a.m. with severe abdominal pain both times - with nausea, and feeling like I needed to vomit. The abdominal tenderness persisted into the next day - felt like I'd done 500 sit-ups.
